  2. Minimum 2 paying person to commence the session and up to a maximum of 5 persons. At least 2 weeks’ advance booking is required prior to the tour.

  4. Tour prices excludes park admission tickets, which must be purchased separately prior to the tour.
  5. Tour is non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
  6. Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and / or safety concerns. 
  7. Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times during the commencement of Kid’s Edition programme.

The RepTopia tour was the best tour ever and the best one at the Singapore Zoo!!! We have done every tour and this truly was the best. The keepers were so amazing and friendly and they took so much time and personal attention to engage our 7 year old - he was absolutely thrilled. They altered the tour a bit as per my son's interests and took such care to educate and keep it interesting for my son. We could touch these beautiful snakes and see how they are taken care of and fed. I cannot thank them enough to praise the tour enough. It’s a must do!

Loved the service. Kereen was very prompt with her replies and she knows her stuff! She was also extremely friendly and professional with handling our chaoticness haha. Celestial was very sweet and Irene was extremely hospitable even though she was still in training! (Looks like your team are doing an amazing job at training your staff). The food spread was also great! (Loved the burgers and quiche). Balaji (food staff) was also extremely hospitable and professional. Overall, we enjoyed our visit at the zoo. I will definitely consider booking the zoo for future events soon. Will keep in touch with Kereen as I may be planning for another event in a few months. Note: Kereen, Celestial, Irene, Balaji deserve the recognition for being awesome! Keep it up!

On behalf of my family, thank you for the warm hospitality we received yesterday! We had a wonderful time, Nabilah took really good care of us and so did everyone else who we met along the journey. Well done everyone and thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. The personal buggy tour is what everyone should book, we got so many enquiries from our friends and followers hahahah I felt I was working for the zoo! Hope all of them will enjoy it soon! We would like to write a letter of commendation for Bridgette, our guide today. She was EXCELLENT. She interacted fabulously with our two toddlers, was very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure our private tour was a memorable one. We are so glad to see passionate staff like her at the Singapore Zoo. We understand she has just graduated and will be working at the Night Safari. Hi, I just completed a private buggy tour on 2 May 2021. It started at 9.30AM and the guide was Nabilah. I would like to commend on her guide, it was informative and enjoyable. After each interaction, she would promptly inform us where to wash our hands. At the tortoise area, she provided wet wipes as there isn't an area to wash hands. Please convey our thanks to her, and commend her to keep it up so that the Singapore Zoo will continue to shine especially once the tourists return :) #EmergingStrongerTogether
